Ranchlands is a community located on the north side of the river close to Police Point Park and the Medicine Hat Golf and Country Club. The north side of the city has numerous schools and the Medicine Hat Leisure Centre and is a short distance from the Box Springs Business Park which includes the new Costco. Ranchlands also has very easy access to the south side of the city, the down town core and the Trans Canada Highway.
